The Dynasty Presto Series is a compact electric fireplace insert for compatible fireplace retrofits and new flush installations. Its front-facing heater, minimal trim, zero-clearance sides, remote operation, and flame-without-heat mode make it a straightforward upgrade without venting.

The current 2026 models are DY-FI32D, DY-FI35D, and DY-FI40D.

Installation and Fit

Unlike most VGF electric fireplace families, both height and depth grow with width on this series: the 32" model is 24 1/2" H x 8 1/2" D, the 35" model is 27" H x approximately 8"–8 1/2" D, and the 40" model is 32" H x approximately 9"–9 1/2" D. Framing/rough opening runs roughly 1 1/4"–2" narrower and shorter than the unit per size. Power is 120V, 15A, up to 1,500W, consistent across all three sizes. Confirm the exact opening against the selected size's cut sheet before ordering — do not assume one size's dimensions for another.
