Can you recommend a fireplace that meets all my needs?

Absolutely! Please email all your needs (measurements, installation requirements, preferred features, etc.) to support@verygoodfireplaces.com and someone will send over a few product recommendations for you to review. 

How long does delivery usually take?

Your order should arrive within 3-9 business days. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder, we will reach out to you via email to provide details on estimated shipping dates and verification that you wish to proceed with the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 4 business days), we will process the credit card charges and submit the order for shipment. Once the item ships, it should arrive within 2-5 days depending on your location. 

Do I need to be home when the unit is delivered?

Once your package arrives at the local distribution center the courier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone will need to be home to sign for the product, but it does not have to be the same person that placed the order. 

Do you offer installation? 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer installation services. To comply with all local building codes, we recommend that you have a licensed general contractor perform all installations. If you have any specific installation questions please email support@verygoodfireplaces.com and a technician will reply the following business day. 

Do you sell wood/gas/pellet/propane fireplaces?

No. We only carry electric fireplaces.

What is your return policy? 

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Click HERE for more information on our return policy.
