Q: How long does delivery usually take?

 

A: Your order typically arrives within 3-9 business days. Upon receiving your order, we promptly contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. If an item is on backorder, we'll notify you via email with estimated shipping dates and confirm your purchase intention. Items available for immediate shipment (within 4 business days) are processed for payment and shipping. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2-5 days depending on your location.

  

Q: Do I need to be home when the unit is delivered?

A: Once your package arrives at the local distribution center, the courier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to sign for the product upon delivery, but it does not need to be the person who placed the order.

 

Q: Do you offer installation services?

A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer installation services. To ensure compliance with local building codes, we recommend hiring a licensed general contractor for all installations. For specific installation questions, please email support@verygoodfireplaces.com, and a technician will respond the following business day.

 

Q: Do you sell wood, gas, pellet, or propane fireplaces? 

A: No, we only sell electric fireplaces at this time.
